    Hello,
     
    Due to the nature of the FBX file format, roughness maps, and metallic maps fall under the custom texture pages banner. The resulting roughness and metallic textures connect to a LayeredTexture node in the result mesh. You would need to reconnect them to the correct material map slot.
    We plan to support 3ds Max's PhysicalMaterial, and Maya's StandardSurface material output in the future.
