Is my license allowing me to use pipeline?

Hi, I see C++ sdk and pipeline in my download section but it says they're unlicensed at the top. This is very confusing. Can someone clear it up?

  Hello,

   

  You can download InstaLOD Pipeline, and in fact, InstaLOD Pipeline is required to run our integrations InstaLOD for Autodesk 3ds Max, InstaLOD for Autodesk Maya, InstaLOD for Blender, and InstaLOD for VRED, as InstaLOD Pipeline is the processing backend for these integrations. However, your license doesn't entitle you to use InstaLOD Pipeline directly and in an automated manner, e.g. for the processing of thousands of assets in a single batch or monitoring directories for new and updated mesh files through InstaLOD Watchdog.

  But the lisence agreements clearly states InstaLOD Cmd and C++ SDK and any files downloaded from Instalod cloud is licensed to me. This is conflicting information.
