Crashing on USDz export

Hello InstaLOD Team,

I have been trying to export USD(a, b, z) files and have unfortunately crashed on every attempt.

I have tested this on multiple models, simple and complex with  no success.

Is this a bug ?  Thanks in advance

  Hello Adam,

  Which version of InstaLOD Studio are you using?

  We have released a major update yesterday. Can you please download the latest version and try again?

  If the issue persists, it would be great if you could upload a model that reproduces the problem to InstaLOD Cloud (Uploading files to your InstaLOD Cloud account).

  i have uploaded one of the scenes that crashes InstaLOD on export of a USDz file.

  Hello Adam,

  So far, I'm not able to reproduce the issue with that mesh. Perhaps there is a problem with the directory where you are trying to output the file.

  To help us investigate the problem, could you please record a short screen capture and upload it to InstaLOD Cloud as well?

  Hello Andreas,

  Saving the USDz Output file locally solves the Problem!!

  As soon as i export to the server it crashes, but only with this format.

  Hello Adam,

  I am glad to hear that saving the file locally works.

  To help us resolve the issue in a future update, it would be great, if you could clarify where exactly you were trying to export the file previously. Is the server that you are mentioning a location in your local network?

  Hello Andreas,

  yes the server is on our Local netwerk, the file path had 96 Charakters.
