    Hello Grant,

thank you for uploading the files.

It seems as though the polygon definitions are broken which is why there are issues when loading the files. It's best to load the file in a program like Maya and apply a "Triangulate" operation after which you can export the model again. Additional mesh cleanup steps might be required.
After preparing the mesh it should import into InstaLOD Studio XL.
The second file 'Floor_Base' imported without issues on the first try.

Please let me know if I was able to answer your questions.

    Thanks,
    Calvin

    Hello Grant,

    apologize for the delayed reply.

It is hard to determine what exactly is causing the issue without having a look at the scene.
Would it be possible to send us a file that recreates the problem? That way we can have our engineers analyze the file and see what might be causing the problem.
You can upload the file via your InstaLOD Cloud account or send us a link to a cloud service provider of your choice.

    Thanks,
    Calvin

    Hi Calvin,

I uploaded two samples to my account last week. Let me know what you can make of them.

    Thanks...
