Provided you are evaluating InstaLOD or have an InstaLOD license that is eligible for enterprise-level support, it is possible that you will be contacted by our senior support team with a request for a sample file. Sample files allow our support engineers to inspect the file and try to recreate the issue.
Providing our support team with data directly, helps the team pinpoint the cause of any issues quicker and provide you with the best possible support experience.
NOTE: Files that are uploaded to the InstaLOD servers are stored securely and can only be accessed by our support engineers.
Uploading Files
To upload a file, log into your InstaLOD Cloud account and navigate to the 'Share Files' menu located in the sidebar on the left.
Files as large as 2 GB can be uploaded at a time. Any files that are larger than this threshold need to be broken down into multiple .ZIP files and be uploaded separately.
