Updating InstaLOD Studio

About this document

InstaLOD is regularly updated with new features and functionalities. To make sure that you are running the latest version of  InstaLOD Studio, navigate to your InstaLOD Cloud account and check if a new version is available in the 'Download' section. If a new version is available, follow these steps. 

Uninstalling an older version

Before updating to the latest version of InstaLOD Studio it is recommended to uninstall the current version.

Uninstalling on Windows

1. Navigate to the InstaLOD Studio installation path. If you do not know the installation path, right-click on the desktop shortcut and select "Open file location". 
2. Execute "Uninstall InstaLOD Studio.exe" to automatically uninstall InstaLOD Studio. 

Uninstalling on macOS

1. Navigate to the InstaLOD Studio installation path. If you do not know the installation path, right-click on the desktop shortcut and select "Show Original". 
2. Execute "Uninstall InstaLOD Studio.dmg" to automatically uninstall InstaLOD Studio.
