InstaLOD Studio XL 2020 includes realtime lights that can be created directly from the 'Create' tab. This enables quick and easy lighting setups within a PBR environment. Importing lights with scenes is supported as long as it is supported by the used file format.
Light settings for Brightness, Color, and Cone angle can be adjusted in 'Light Settings' of the 'Object Inspector' window.
Spot Light - Cone-shaped light. The inner and outer angle can be adjusted. Spotlights cannot be scaled.
Point Light - Emits light into all directions. Light size can not be scaled.
Area Light - Quad surface that emits light. Scalable on X/Z axis.

Various light rig pre-sets can be spawned from the 'Create' tab for immediate lighting previews. The created light rig is automatically scaled to surround the scene's bounding sphere radius.
|Pillar Light||A cylinder of long thin area lights surrounding the subject.|
|Rim Light||One main light behind the subject to create a glowing rim with a secondary fill light.|
|Side Light||Two lights pointing towards the subject from opposite sides with an additional fill light from the front.|
|Split Light||Single area light from the side creates a dramatic lighting effect.|
|Three-Point Light||Classic three-point light setup. Used for soft subject lighting.|
|Top-Down Light||Large area light pointing downwards with an additional fill light from the side. Great for e.g. automotive studio lighting.|
